School Uniforms:

Academia Couture wants you to be thrilled with your purchase.  You can return your unworn merchandise within 30 days of the receipt or ship date for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping & handling charges).  Since each order is custom made by adding the school logo, we reserve the right to refuse return if it cannot be resold to another client since we don’t work with all schools.

In order for returns/exchanges to be honored please make sure the items are unused/unwashed, have their tags on and in their original packaging, if any.   

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and product exchanges, it’s always best to visit our store.   

To request return/exchange, email orders@academiacouture.com and provide order number on Subject Line.  We will respond within 48 hours.

Custom Decorated orders:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom print or embroidery products unless the product or the decoration is defective.  All custom print orders are final.

If workmanship is defective or garment has a manufacturer defect, we will replace with a new decorated garment.  Damaged garment must be returned to us for proper credit.
